Minimum Rental Period is 7 Nights between 1st July and 31st August (Saturday to Saturday) but for shorter periods between 1st March and 30th November.
Please respect the owners' wishes - No Smoking and No Pets at all times.
The whole property has underfloor heating downstairs and electric heaters are in all bedrooms, the ensuite bathrooms and on the large mezzanine landing upstairs ensuring your comfort in the cooler months.
Bedlinen is changed at every changeover at no charge, but any additional changes will be chargeable. Towels are supplied for the bathrooms separately to those to be used for swimming.
A newly installed, secure pool will be available to enjoy in 2016. Pool towels are supplied which may be dried on the washing line for reuse during your stay. Garden furniture, parasols and sun loungers are available for all guests.
Extra cleaning or a towel change may be requested by you, giving appropriate notice, at additional cost. An iron/ironing board/hairdryer is available in each property. French sockets are fitted and some English to French plugs may be required for your use.
The property is managed by a young English couple who look after the upkeep of the house both internally and externally.
The property will be ready for you by 4pm on the day of arrival and the property manager will visit you to explain the use of equipment and answer any queries you may have. In addition, she is happy to supply a cold meal to welcome you and save that worry on the day you arrive. If you would like to request a meal, a menu/order form will be sent out with the confirmation booking for you to indicate how many meals are required. Once ordered, the food will be left in the fridge on the date you specify. Please pay the Property Manager directly for the cost of the meal.
Garden and pool will be maintained when you are on-site.
Parking must only be in the designated area shown on the property plan. There is no public transport in this area so a car is essential. Taxis may be ordered, telephone numbers in the Helpfile on site.
Security - Personal belongings are the responsibility of you, as the owners. Whilst security has never been a problem, we must make you aware that all doors/windows should be locked at all times the property is vacated – whether for a two minute shopping trip or a day away exploring a new area. In the summer, it also helps to keep the curtains and blinds closed to reduce the build-up of heat.
The managers are trustworthy and very discreet and will do their best to ensure you have a wonderful, relaxed stay but please do not take advantage of their good nature.
Pricing
A refundable security deposit of £500 is required, six weeks before booked dates commence.
